Musa sikkimensis is one of the hardiest banana plants available in the UK.

Beautiful red flashes on leaves make it just that bit nicer than the common Musa basjoo.

We have always left Musa sikkimensis outside in the garden all winter however this plant can also be grown in the house.

These are a great size (approx 50-60cm including pot) and are ready to be repotted or planted outside.
