Until recently Philodendron ‘Sucre’s Slim’ was an extraordinarily rare aroid, virtually unseen in private or institutional collections. First distributed in 1989 by the late Dimitri Sucre in Rio de Janeiro, this plant's origins remain shrouded in mystery. Whether it is a naturally occurring species, a deliberate hybrid, or an unclassified cultivar is still unresolved, adding to its mystique and allure among collectors and botanists alike.
This is a recently rooted cutting in a 9cm pot.
