However if your plants arrive damaged, we will of course offer you a refund (including delivery costs).
When we send out a plant or cutting, we check it thoroughly to ensure that it's the very best quality and in perfect health before packing it meticulously and sending it to you. If your item arrives damaged, the easiest way of letting us know is to use our contact form to give us details of the problem.
But, please note that, as plants are perishable, we ask that you send a photo of the damaged plant to us as soon as possible. For details on how to do this, see the following section.
You have the right to cancel at any time from the moment you place your online order, and up to 14 days from the day you receive your goods. This is sometimes referred to as a 'cooling-off period'.
You need to notify us of your wish to cancel your order within this time period using the contact us form.
You then have a further 14 days from the date you notify the retailer of your cancellation to return the goods. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the unwanted item to us.
You can return the item to us by post. Always remember to get a proof of postage receipt.
